Biography
Film actor, born in Springfield, Massachusetts, USA. A child performer, he appeared in a number of television and film roles before deciding to play professional baseball. After an injury he returned to the screen in a television film Elvis (1979), and had his first feature role in Escape From New York (1981). Later films include Backdraft (1991), Stargate (1994), Soldier (1998), Dark Blue (2003), and Poseidon (2006).
